So Why China?

Good question. Besides amazing food, mesmerizing architecture, a thriving cultural epicenter, and the home to the 2008 Summer Olympics, Beijing is the host city for the 2009 ICOGRADA World Design congress. This conference seeks to explore contemporary issues and challenges currently facing communication design. 2,000+ designers will meet in Beijing, China. Attendees will have an opportunity to listen to 97 internationally renowned speakers from 6 continents, inspiring and teaching the new generation of designers (us) to help change the world one design at a time. And that’s a good thing for everyone, including you.

Simple enough, right?

Sort of. As with most things, trips to China cost money, and plenty of it. After 2 years of fundraising efforts, we are now able to make it! Thank you for your support. Now that we are on our way, we would like to share this experience with you.
